General Questions

The majority of FDSS support services are provided remotely over the phone, email, online chat. Please complete the form on this link and one of our admins will let you know if any agents are available in your area.
FDSS team do not provide legal advice. Please check our terms and conditions on this link
Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm – Saturday to Sunday 12pm – 4pm. Phone calls are only by appointment. 
Registration is required before any appointments. Please complete the form and one of our team members will contact you by email/phone to arrange an appointment
Free legal advice is available through the CAB offices nationwide or the law community center in your area. 
FDSS is a non-profit organisation and a registered Charity. We accept donations. You can make donations on the donation page.

FDSS – Family Disputes Support Services is a community organisation powered and funded by people like you. We are just normal parents like you with very extensive experience and knowledge dealing with the family court system and superior courts within New Zealand.
