FDSS – Family Dispute Support Services offers wide range of Community-led tailored support services aimed for whānau dealing with Family Separation in or out of the Family Court.
The services are available remotely New Zealand nationwide remotely through various audio & video platforms or over the phone and in-person depending on your location.
General Enquiries Helpline
If you have any enquiries related to Family separation process or the Family Court. Please request a call back (up to 1 hour telephone consultation) to discuss your situation with one of our coaches.
Out-of-Court Support
Services include: Conciliation – Family Separation information – Ongoing Parental Conflict prevention and Dispute resolution

• Already Separated and no Family Court Case
• Already have court case & wish to reconcile
In-Court Support
Services include: ongoing coaching and support services for self-litigants and parents who have legal representation

• Already reprsenting yourself in the Family Court
• Planning to represent yourself in the Family Court
• Represented by a lawyer or wish to be represented by a lawyer
Out-of-Court Support
