Registration fees for this service is based on annual subscription fee that can be paid by installments: weekly or fortnightly or monthly. Hardship Subsidy forms are available for whānau who are going through financial hardships.

This service is aimed for parents who wish to represent themselves in the Family Court without a legal representation. Our coaches are experienced self-litigants who are able to support and guide you through your proceedings. FDSS offers Self-Represented Litigants two types of service packages at different stages of their court proceedings;

At the initial / mid stages of the Court proceedings

Registration fees: Annual Subscription fee, that can be paid by installments: weekly or fortnightly or monthly. No-commitment 

At the final stages of the Court proceedings

Service fee: one/off fee+ travel + accommodation fees depending on the work required & the case circumstances & complexity.

This service is aimed for parents who are newly separated or planning to separate in the foreseeable future or any couples want to resolve their parental disputes out of the court

For parents who are newly separated parents or planning to separate and require 1:1 ongoing coaching & support to resolve their disputes amicably out of the court

Registration fees: Annual Subscription fee, that can be paid by installments: weekly or fortnightly or monthly. No-commitment

For parents who are already separated or planning and have already reached a private agreement and want to turn their agreement into court orders

Service fee: one/off fee depending on the work required & the case circumstances & complexity.
