Payment & login creation Process
Congratulations on your decision to become an FDSS member. Before visiting this page, you should have received an email from us about the next steps to sign up for FDSS membership (Ongoing coaching support). Your coach must have provided you with a special subsidised discount code to use to complete the process. Discount on the regular membership fees below in the table varies between 92% and 10%, depending on many factors.
Please note that only credit and debit cards online payments are accepted for the weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. If you decided to pay your annual membership fee as one/off payment, then you are able to do through online banking deposit.(check with your coach).

- Your coach must have provided you with a special subsidised discount code to use.
- You need to select how often you wish to pay your membership fees. (fees above in the table are the regular unsubsidized fees)
- Select your preferred payment option in the table above : weekly, fortnightly, monthly payment.
- Then, on the next page, choose a username and password – use the same email address you used when you initially registered with us. Enter your debit/credit card details and the discount code we have provided to you – once the code is applied, the membership fee amount will automatically change as agreed with your coach.
- Read the terms of engagement and tick the box if you agree with the the terms with engaging with us.
- Click on the “Submit and Check out” button. Wait for the page to load, and then your login and account will be created, and the initial membership fees will be deducted from your credit/debit card. The same fee will be deducted from your card as per the frequency preference you have chosen.
- Then you will receive an automated email with all the details (check your junk mail folder). Now you can use your username/email address and password to log in to the FDSS knowledge base.
- After logging in, you can check your “membership account” page for all details about your payments, profile, etc.
Becoming an FDSS member will provide you with the following benefits:
- Ongoing 1:1 coaching support from a designated Community Support Coach.
- Access to the FDSS members Facebook group.
- Access to any live events or workshops
- Access to the online VPS Groups
- Access to Pre-recorded online workshops, courses, Q&A and video tutorials.
- Access to FDSS Online Knowledge base portal; that contains: Forms, templates and samples of Affidavits, memorandum, submissions, legal documents, case law and legal / psychological researches and studies references + more.
Not necessarily – the above prices are the regular fees of the services we offer before the discount / subsidy.
No – you are able to cancel at anytime whenever you wish and the auto-deduction will be stop too. (Check this option under the “membership account details tab”). Once you cancel your membership – your access to all the membership benefits and the website will be cancelled too, including the coaching and support services.
Yes- you can rejoin by contacting your coach. However, all missed / pastdue payments must be cleared first. Its best to discuss it with us.
It really depends on your situation: such if you have a court case or not – if you are newly separated or planning to separate or already self-representing or planning to represent yourself in the family court or if you have already a lawyer or wanting to hire a lawyer to represent you. Other factors such as the complexity of your case / number of applications and the work required and your financial situation, employment …etc.

Yes – you can do this at anytime under the menu tab “Membership account page” – no committments or fixed term. Your login name will be automatically disabled and we aren’t able to provide you any of the membership benefits.

We only accept online payments by credit / debit cards for weekly or fortnightly or monthly memberships. If you wish to make an annual one/off payment then we can accept online banking deposits.
All our credit card transactions are processed through Stripe, a leading global online credit card processing platform. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
The online payment are 100% secure and safe done through stripe (third party trusted online payment API)
Its done through online payment when you enter your credit / debit card – the system will automatically deduct the money from your credit / debit card and send you copy of the invoice depends on the frequency of payments you have chosen / weekly/fortnightly or monthly.
No – there is no late payment fee – the system will keep trying to deduct the weekly/fortnight/monthly required recurring payment for a week and send you notification to take action – if the pastdue are not cleared then your membership will be put on-hold for another week and it will be automatically cancelled by the system. Please let us know as soon as you can if you are struggling to do the payment. Also, you are able to update your credit / debit card details on the “membership / account details tab, in case your card has expired or if you wish to use another card.
