Respect confidentiality: Keep all shared information confidential and refrain from sharing it outside the group.
Turn on your Webcam: At the start of the session, turning on your webcam is mandatory, however you can off it later on, if you wish.
Be supportive: Offer empathy, understanding, and encouragement to fellow members without judgment or criticism.
Be Considerate: 10-15 minutes for each person to speak and do not interrupt others while they are speaking. Always ask if it is ok to speak.
Practice active listening: Listen attentively to others without interrupting, allowing them to express themselves fully.
Respect diversity: Be respectful of diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences within the group.
Avoid solicitation or promotion: Refrain from promoting products, services, or self-promotion within the group.
Maintain boundaries: Respect the group’s guidelines regarding appropriate topics and behavior.
Use constructive communication: Communicate in a constructive and respectful manner, avoiding confrontational or aggressive language.
Seek professional help when needed: Recognize when issues require professional assistance and encourage others to seek help outside the group.
Follow moderator instructions: Adhere to any instructions or guidelines provided by group moderators or facilitators.
Resolve conflicts peacefully: If conflicts arise, address them calmly and respectfully, seeking resolution through dialogue and compromise.
