Family Court Litigation Course

The Family Court Litigation Course is designed to assist separated parents to learn and develop fundamental and advanced skills and strategies of resolving their Parental Disputes in the Family Court. How to initiate and respond to applications and manage their cases using a pragmatic child-focused litigation strategy

Modules: This course consists of 4 Modules each 1-2 hours delivered weekly over 4 week period. Upon registration, attendees must attend the core module M1 Family Court Processes. You  can then choose any of the remaining 3 modules depending on your circumstances and needs.
